If any member attempts to gain an advantage by exploiting software errors, technical issues, or any other improper method, that member's account will be closed and any related winnings will be considered void.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game or system causes an unexpected result, dhoni 8 reserves the right to void that result and refund the amount of the affected bets. If a bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, dhoni 8 will settle that bet according to the applicable rules.

5.3 Multiple Bets and System Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhoni 8 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts by the same person.

• Using software bots or automated tools to conduct games or betting.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

• If service is temporarily disrupted due to an unexpected technical failure.

12.1 Account Closure by the Member

In cases of rule violations, fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or suspicious activity, dhoni 8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice.
